Overall, we were pleased with the hotel. It was centrally located. It was very nice to have double glass doors on the side opening to the balcony, the presence of sun-proof curtains, preventing both sound and light. Because of the airline company mistake, our flight has changed in the very last minute and we arrived earlier than expected, but they were helpful and accepted us to our room early. There was a refrigerator, a safety deposit box, a kettle and daily tea, coffee, water and sugar in the room. Towels and pillow covers were changed every day. Likewise, we were allowed to leave a little late. The guys at the reception were very helpful. The reception arranged a comfortable vehicle for us at a reasonable price for our daily Jeita Harissa Biblos tour. Our questions were answered with a smile. Breakfast was sufficient. We were greeted with a smile in the breakfast room. Our omelet was prepared according to our wishes.thanks tamer and irad.

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, making it very convenient. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It was my second stay at the Hotel Cavalier and once again I was very satisfied. First of all it is near Hamra so cafes and restraurants and supermarkets are very close by. Despite that the room is very quiet and as a big plus it comes with a balcony so it is a nice place to sit outside and watch the street below. Staff was very friendly and forthcoming, room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. Hot water comes immediately when you turn on the tap. The room comes with a fridge, tea kettle with tea and coffee provided and the bottle of drinking water is replaced every day. When I am in Beirut next time I will make sure to stay at the Hotel Cavalier again.

Mr. Tamer Abdel Baki was really very friendly and took care of us by writing to us about 2 weeks before we went to the hotel and providing us with information on everything we might need. During our stay, all employees showed their sincere interest and helped us in every way. The hotel was very clean, this is very important to me The location was also normal.They are generally very friendly and helpful. The Staff were super FRIENDLY, Oh Riad is an amazing person and then the Old man (can't remember his name) who coordinates Breakfast made us feel so comfortable all the time. Overall it was a FANTASTIC STAY AT HOTEL CAVALIER! Will highly recommend, such a homely feel.

The staff was amazing. Great service. Gave us a free upgrade to a huge room on the top floor with a fantastic balcony. He showed us good places to eat and drink. At the check out we needed a taxi to the airport and the staff provided it for us, even at a much lower price than the taxi drivers on the street. By the Way, visit the bar across the street, Mr. Ahmed, the owner, is a very good person.

The staff are helpful, with special thanks to Riad for his prompt support and continued readiness to accommodate the guests' requests! The location is excellent. Restaurants and coffee shops are just a few steps away. Public transportaion options are also abundantly available.

The hotel staff was very helpful with everything. And they had ready made day trips to pick from that helped with where we should go everyday. Also the hotel receptionist was very helpful with every question we had and never left us clueless.
